Keys to Your Constituent Engagement Imperative

During this session, Mark Armstrong, Co-founder of Chasing Higher Ed, will discuss how the evolution of the Higher Ed market and cloud-based technologies can help education institutions execute their digital engagement goals and build a connected campus.

Mark has over 25 years experience building and supporting student-facing, Higher Ed enterprise applications. He started his career at UCLA before joining a start-up that was later acquired by PeopleSoft. He led their product organizations at PeopleSoft (later Oracle) and was responsible for administrative software (SIS, CRM, ERP) and technology solutions for US and global education markets. In 2016, Mark joined Campus Solutions as their Chief Strategy Officer, leading their expansion into traditional and international sectors. As Co-founder of Chasing Higher Ed, Mark is now focused on strategic analysis of the postsecondary education market evolution.
